2. When will my report be resolved?
Though majority of the reports are resolved within 48 to 72 hours after it has been reported, there may be instances where in it would take longer for us to resolve your issue. One thing we can assure you is that we our doing our best to resolve your issues and concern in a timely manner.

Yes, an update will be sent to you via e-mail or call.
